What time can I arrive?

Check-in from 16:00, check-out till 11:00.

Do I have to pay at the moment of reservation?

A reservation fee of the first night must be made when making a reservation. It will be part of your total payment. For your convenience, we can send you a payment request for a transfer. The reservation is fully approved only after payment has been received. We will send you a reservation confirmation to your specified e-mail or phone number.

When and how do I pay for staying in the guesthouse?

You'll pay for a stay on the day of arrival in cash or through a transfer. The reservation fee will be deducted from the total fee (if applicable to you). For your convenience, we will send you a payment request for a bank transfer. At your request, we will draw up a business receipt or an invoice.

Will I have to pay "Safety deposit"?

Yes, when arriving at the guesthouse and entering into a residence agreement, the guest pays a security deposit of 50, which is repaid, leaving the guesthouse cleaned up according to the rules: washed dishes, unpacked waste, no damage.

Will there be a contract for the use of a guesthouse?

Yes, we're entering into a contract to use the guesthouse with all the guests who use our services. You must provide a valid personal ID card/passport for the conclusion of the contract.

Are domestic animals allowed?

Residence with domestic animals shall be co-ordinated with the owner and is available only in specified rooms. Please contact us if you consider taking your pet with you.

Can I use a grill?

Yes, there's a grill with grilling accessories - skewers, bars at each house. Charcoal and liquid are not provided.

Is there any cafe or restaurant available?

The holiday house Podnieki doesn't offer catering services. It is possible to make a meal for themselves - the houses have a kitchen area that includes a small refrigerator, an electric kettle, an induction cooker, a pan, pots, dishes, plates, glasses, cutlery and accessories for cooking. Catering companies in Ventspils City carry out food supplies to the guesthouse.

Is sauna/ hot tube included in price?

The use of hot tube with hydromassage and sauna is for an additional fee. Season prices are placed in an info folder in each number. It is possible to reserve hot tube/ sauna then booking the holiday house on our home page or by callingwriting Whatsapp.

What amenities are provided in houses?

Guests have access to electricity, warm/cold water, WC, shower, heating (excluding June, July, August), hand towels (bath towels for extra fee), bed linen, dryer, kitchen corner with accessories. At each cottage there is grill with accessories and outdoor furniture.

How many people can sleep in a cottage?

The cottages are designed to make it comfortable for a family with children. The maximum number of guests in each room is shown separately at each house. Infant bed is available for free up on request.

Can I swim and catch fish in the pond?

Yes, the pond is available to guests of the guesthouse. You can catch fish (for extra fee), swim, SUP and other kinds of rest. 

You must comply with the safety rules on water.

What kind of  additional activities are available?

Guests can enjoy recreation in nature, use a guesthouse pond - swimming, fishing. We offer a hot tube with hydromassage, a sauna. It is possible to use SUP boards, a water trampoline FOR NO additional fee.

Smaller guests have access to a playground with a large trampoline, a swing, a sandbox with toys, playhouses, pirate ship to climb, 2 slants and a pulley ride.

The more athletic guests can use exercise bars, boxing bag, play beach volleyball or football.

Are there available rooms/ houses for smokers?

No, we don't have rooms/ houses for smokers.  Smoking allowed only in designeted area. To maintain a friendly atmosphere and respect other guests, please, do not smoke directly at house or close to it. It is strictly forbidden to smoke in the presence of children (according to law). In case of detection of indoor smoke, a fee of 100,00 will be charged for air purification and the restoration of natural scent.

Is it possible to cancel or transfer the reservation? ?

It is possible to cancel the reservation with a 100% refund no later than 21 day before the reservation starts or to transfer it free of charge. If the reservation is cancelled later than 21 days before the reservation starts, no refund for the reservation is returned.
